You Can Attract Wealth And Abundance Into Your Life!
*You Can Attract Wealth and Abundance into your Life and Real Estate network marketing business Thus stopping Sales Drought*
If you're like most people, chances are you'd like to have more wealth and abundance in your life.
And if that is the case, I have very good news for you, because achieving financial success is much easier than you think.
The reason why most people haven't yet attained the wealth they seek is because they don't have *a positive money consciousness* -- too often, they're limited by their *own beliefs about money* and by the question of *whether or not they deserve it.*๐คท๐ฟ♂
For example, you've probably thought one of these phrases at some point in your life:
*"Money doesn't grow on trees."*
*"You need money to make money."*
*"You can't buy happiness."*
These *negative beliefs* about money are usually picked up in childhood and find their way into your subconscious. They can sabotage your *financial success,* because they subconsciously emit a vibration that cancels out your conscious intentions.
However, there are a few simple steps you can take that'll turn around your limiting beliefs about money, and put you directly on the path to wealth and abundance.
*One way to do this is by creating a positive turnaround statement.*
*Clients buy real estate properties easily from me*
*I follow up and close my Deals Easily*
*For example, you can say something like, "Money comes to me in unforeseen ways," or, "I now have more money than I need to do everything I want to do."*
Another way is to include money in your daily visualizations.
*Constantly fill your mind with images of what you want and picture yourself already having it.*
*See images of your ideal bank account balance, the things you'd like to buy, the places you'd like to travel to, and the freedom that having wealth brings.*
Just remember this, Dear Realtor ,the first requirement to becoming wealthy is to make a conscious decision to do so.
*Decide now from the deepest place in your heart to have wealth and abundance in your life.*
*Before you know it, your subconscious will work to attract the people and resources needed to help you reach your ideal monetary goal!*

Our commission payment structure is a third generation payment system, meaning that when your immediate downline makes a sale on a serviced plot and earns 15% on it, you will instantly also earn 5% commission on the sales forever as long as that downline is selling. Quick Sales Strategies
*Quick Sales Strategies you can use learning from AJ Anthony Joshua to Knock out your Sales or Close the Sales with Your Clients*
*By Dr Laide Okubena*
So Anthony Joshua has made it 22 fights undefeated and and reaffirmed his status as the world’s leading heavyweight. It wasn’t easy, some might even say he made hard work of it, but Povetkin was tough and talented and took some stopping. When Joshua did stop him, it was brutally clean and clinical. The champion marches on. Thanks for joining and goodbye.
Round 1.
*Product Knowledge.*
Just before the fight started , Anthony Joshua and Alexander Povetkin had done vigorous research on each other ,done lots of sparring sessions ,gym sessions with similar opponents with similar styles.
Dear Realtor have you done any Site Inspection or even attending an orientation seminar since you joined real estate network marketing business. Poor preparation and product knowledge can make you lose a sale from the beginning.
Round 2. *Prospecting*
There is no Sales Problem There is a prospecting problem.
If you are not prospecting your potential clients your business cannot prosper.
Prospect = Income
Sales means income.
You can't have Sales without Prospecting.
Sales is an Event but Prospecting initiates the cause
If Anthony Joshua didn't prospect Povetin or vice versa they would be no Fight, no Sales of the tickets of 80,000 fans, No Money for both fighters and their team.
Round 3. *Pre Qualification* A J had to do some prequalifications ,study what Povetkin was all about his strengths and weakness before the match and also in the ring.
Same here You must prequalify your prospects to know if they can afford your product, how soon can they pay for it.
Is the person a Prospect or A Suspect.
Round 4. *Ask Questions and listen more and less talk* ,
Needs assessment. AJ of course was Asking Questions in the ring by responding with hooks and Punches after listening more to his corner men and coaches.
Listened to his opponent with eyes, ears and body and feet to the ground.
Next Try to sell or solve a problem without proper diagnosis of your prospect or client.
Round 5. *Presentation*: After AJ listened to the trainer and mentors and watched videos of his opponent Povetkin previous fights studied his strengths and weakness and analysed it before he could then present him the solutions in the ring . AJ had height advantage, longer reach and heavier weight.
Round 6. *Follow up*. it takes about 6 to 10 follow ups or even more to get your prospect paying for that property, just as AJ Anthony Joshua followed up on Povetkin before the final round of 7 for the Eventual knockout.
Follow up comes with an *objection* which as a realtor never argue with your client, agree with them or see their point of view or Prospect, but answer them with professionally.
Round 7. Anthony Joshua finally *Close the show* with a Knock out ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ in the 7th round.
Two things to consider about *CLOSING*
A if you don't close you won't get paid .
B. If you don't close real value is not delivered.
*Closing* is 20% of selling and 100% of its income.
Happy Sunday People.
Remember this If you are not hungry you would go Hungry.

LETTER TO THE YOUTH
LETTER TO YOUTH
Keep your Degree in a safe custody for future opportunity, and engage in entrepreneur skills, otherwise you will die poor.
Most of the educated people in Nigeria are poor. Majority of the educated earn less than N55,000 for a salary before tax and other deductions. When the deductions are put into consideration, the net salary comes to around N50,000. The net salary then suffers from loan deductions of up to N15,000 leaving the salary at around N35,000. The landlord then demands for his N15,000 and monthly shopping takes away N10,000 leaving one with a N10,000. The bus will demand for N300 going to and from work and relatives get another N2,500. The whole salary is gone and borrowed money starts operating. The borrowed money includes short loans and salary advances.
The difference between poverty and prosperity is property. A prosperous person has property to his name while a poverty stricken person has no property to show. Using this understanding, therefore, most of the degree holders are poverty stricken, borrowing money to buy chicken and chips, pizza, and a car.
The biggest excuse for getting paid such low amounts of money and having to sit and work for another person for 30 days is THE DEGREE that one possesses and that’s all. This has made most of the degree holders very poor to poverty stricken and will die that way most likely. A degree holder does not know how to generate money unless that money is generated for the employer. A degree holder is so dependent on the salary that he can do anything to get a job but will not think of starting a business of his own to employ others.
Interesting Facts!
1. A degree holder is not prepared to sell chips but is very happy to work for hungry lion (companies).
2. A degree holder is not prepared to sell popcorn in the street but is very happy to work for Dangote outlet in the city and mum river-sides.
3. A degree holder is not prepared to sell second hand clothes but is very happy to be employed by Zenith Bank which the business of selling stocks and looking for customers in a scorching Sun.
4. A degree holder is not prepared to make N150,000 monthly doing his own business but is very happy to work at the till in a bank getting paid N25,000.
5. A degree holder is not prepared to start a company and grow it in two to three years but will spend three years searching for a job.
6. A degree holder is not prepared to sell food to students but will be happy to be reporting to a boss with no qualifications as Office Assistant as long as he is paid N30,000 for a salary.
7. A degree holder is so eager to get out of this country and work in another country than spend time to develop his own country.
8. A degree holder staying in a foreign land (Nigerian) is very keen to condemn Nigeria but never contributing to the development of this country.
9. A Nigerian degree holder would rather sweep the streets of London or USA than start a business to make money in her father land – others work in people’s homes doing some work (cleaners).
10. A degree holder in Nigeria will watch porn on his laptop but never sit to write a book using the same laptop to sell and make money.
11. A degree holder will blame the government for lack of jobs even after he was on government bursary for him to have his degree.
12. Nigeria is blessed with young people who have master’s degree and others are doctors in different technical fields such as IT and Engineering but all of them have failed to create a cartoon character or develop a movie from the same instead very happy to buy Tom and Jerry for their children thereby promoting American and UK.
A school I visit, there is a man that is of very humble background. He does not speak English but sells Coke, Fanta and Sprite at N80 each making a profit of N10 on each drink. He also sells chips at N50 making a profit of N17 on each portion. Not less than 80 students buy chips and a drink every single day. This means he makes a profit of N27 for a drink and chips and a total profit of N2,160 per day…every single day. In ten days he makes a profit of N21,600 in twenty days N43,200 and in thirty days N64,800.
The degree holder working in a bank at the till gets a salary of N45,000 every month.
Why are the degree holders poor?
Because they have decided to pride themselves in a degree and failed to think better than a man who does not have even a certificate to his name.
Degree holders spend their time liking articles on linkedIn and facebook but never have any care in the world to implement what they like. Poverty starts from the mind, a mind that just likes things but never to implement those things.
If you want to progress, keep that degree and start thinking better than someone without a degree. There's no white collar Job anywhere bro!

A terrible idiom goes 'what you don't know can't kill you'...
Dear friend, nothing is farther from the truth! What you don't know, WILL KILL YOU!
Please, seek KNOWLEDGE! Not only for Facebook Marketing, but for anything you set your heart to do. No one man is a repository of knowledge. If you stand on the shoulders of those that have gone before you, you will achieve in three ways:
1. You will avoid their mistakes
2. You will go Faster and
3. You will go Farther
2. You will go Faster and
3. You will go Farther
[2.] ATTITUDE -
So many people who have Knowledge, Skill and Intellect lose it in this phase. I cannot overemphasize the importance of a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
So many people who have Knowledge, Skill and Intellect lose it in this phase. I cannot overemphasize the importance of a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
I have seen people who are talented, I mean SUPER TALENTED, but their own negative attitude stopped them from reaching full potential and achieving their Breakthrough.
Some are rude, some are proud, some are impatient, some are just pessimistic!
My friend, PLEASE I BEG YOU, if it is your desire to achieve your full potential, create a great Business and become a renowned Person, you see those four attitudes up there?
RUN FROM THEM!
Nothing kills faster than a bad attitude, in fact, your Attitude determines whether you will succeed in life.
Another Positive attitude I have that works 100% of the time is POSITIVE THINKING!
WHAT IS YOUR ATTITUDE TO LIFE? ARE YOU PERSISTENT OR PESSIMISTIC? POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE?
[3.] Take ACTION -
There's no much story to write here. Newton's first law of motion states - 'an object will remain at rest, unless acted upon by a force'.
There's no much story to write here. Newton's first law of motion states - 'an object will remain at rest, unless acted upon by a force'.
Nobody, not God, not your Uncle, not even your Father can take you to your promised land. If you have all the knowledge in the world and the most Positive of attitudes.
I am telling you now - IF IT'S GO TO BE, IT IS UP TO YOU.
[4.] EVALUATE -
Knowledge, Attitude and Action are key, but taking a step back to evaluate your Life, Choices, Business, Systems, etc is HIGHLY important!
Knowledge, Attitude and Action are key, but taking a step back to evaluate your Life, Choices, Business, Systems, etc is HIGHLY important!
Evaluation is important because:
- It shows you what works and what doesn't
- It shows you what to improve upon and what to cut off
- It shows you where you're deficient and when you're excellent
- It shows you how much you've spent and how much is needed to take you to the promised land.
- It shows you what to improve upon and what to cut off
- It shows you where you're deficient and when you're excellent
- It shows you how much you've spent and how much is needed to take you to the promised land.
If Jesus Christ of Nazareth, can occasionally retire to the mountains to Evaluate His journey, Pray and fellowship with God or Father and spirit, who are we not to do same?
These Four Principles can lift anyone. If you put them to heart and act on them, they will lift you.

*The Ugly Truth Behind Failure*
*The Ugly Truth Behind Failure*
*There’s nothing that can stop you from doing it, Dear Realtor*
Remember, it’s your responsibility to take charge of your own self-concept and beliefs. You must choose to believe that you can do anything at all—because, in fact, you can.
This week, I want you to try a simple exercise to transform any limiting belief into an empowering statement. Start by making a list of any belief that might be limiting you, such as: “I’ll never be rich doing real estate network marketing business,” or “I can’t do anything right, so why should I try?”
Or I can't succeed in real estate network market business because I live in Sokoto state or I am a Mum with responsibilities or it is my job.
I can't close a high ticket estate of 10M or above or I can't make 1 Million or 10 Million naira or 20 Million naira worth of commissions.
Then notice how these beliefs limit you, decide how you would rather be, act, or feel, and create a turnaround statement that affirms or gives you permission to be, act, or feel this new way.
To believing in yourself,
Change all those *I can't do this in a new statement as *I Can*
Everyone has big dreams. But why is it that so many people fail to make those dreams a reality?
It’s not because they’re physically or mentally incapable of doing so. And it’s not because they lack the time or the money.
The sad reality is, most people fail because they lack the confidence and belief in themselves required to succeed.
That’s the one big factor that separates the winners from the losers: BELIEF.
But when you believe that something is impossible, you won’t even bother trying. Why would you, when deep down you believe your efforts will be wasted?
That’s why confidence and self-esteem play such a huge role in determining your level of success.
The more confidence you have, the more risks you’re willing to take – and the more risks you take, the more chances you have of success.
I am

PWAN HAVEN ESTATE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY!!!*
๐๐ฟ Do you know that the only region you can invest now for over 500% return on investment (ROI) in two years time is Ibeju Lekki, Lagos?
๐๐ฟ Do you know that Ibeju Lekki will develop much faster than Lekki Phase1, Victoria Island and others?
๐๐ฟ Are you aware that omonile wahala is an issue of the past (if you invest right)?
๐๐ฟ Do you know that Ibeju-Lekki is mostly dry land (much drier than Lekki)?
๐๐ฟ Do you know that international companies are now seriously taking possession at Ibeju Lekki (Free Trade Zone...)?
๐๐ฟ Haven't you considered that if a business mogul like Aliko Dangote could invest billions on 2,135 hectares of land (in Ibeju-Lekki) where his refinery complex will be standing on, then with even *1.8M, 3.5M and 10.5M* you should be thinking of acquiring at least a plot in that axis?
๐๐ฟ Do you know that it’s not compulsory you live there; you can just buy as many plots as you can afford now, and then wait. Land in this axis appreciate faster than anywhere in the country (& you can then use the proceeds to expand your investment, send your children to schools of choice, enjoy your retirement, etc).
๐๐ฟ Do you know that Ibeju-Lekki is called the 'New Lagos' as larger part of it is yet pre-developed; so you can key in easy now and get ready for your future school, office, bank, church, hospital, residential, among other investment considerations.
๐๐ฟ It is no longer news that Ibeju Lekki will be the new Dubai of Africa (Smart City project)!
๐๐ฟ Do you know that the no. 1 secret of most successful real estate investors is that they buy land on the fringe of development and wait for future capital appreciation.
๐๐ฟ Do you know that the future is already here???
๐๐ฟPhysical Allocation's going on in some of our estates as shown in the attached pictures.
*Smart investors* bought in one of them for only N700,000 back then and now sells for 1,500,000..
