Our commission structure on sales in this real estate network marketing program is 15% on the serviced plots within our estates in Ibeju-Lekki,2% in Eti-osa LGA plots (IIBC is 1%) and 5%commission on the houses in our estates due to you
When you sign-up other real estate consultants or persons willing to do same sales under you as your downlines using your invitation link sent to you, you will be increasing your network of teammates who in turn will sign-up many more.
What these does for you is that it creates a network of support personnel,teammates and partners that will enable you earn more commissions when they make a sale.
Ofcourse ,your key target is your focus on your prospective clients.
How?
Our commission payment structure is a third generation payment system,meaning that when your immediate downline makes a sale on a serviced plot and earns 15% on it, you will instantly also earn 5% commission on the sales forever as long as that downline is selling. Same on the houses 5%,1.5% and 0.5%
Same happens when your down sign up a direct downline who makes a sale, you will earn a 1%commission on every sales made by that downline while the immediate upline will receive 4%commission on his downline sales.
*Pls note that every downline or upline will receive their 15%commission on serviced plots or 5% on the houses sold directly by them whether they have a downline,upline or not.*
This is why it's called a three generations payment plan.
